How do we do it?

Pre-dispute alerts

Chargeblast connects with the fraud programs managed by VISA (Verifi) and MasterCard (Ethoca) and sends an alert whenever a customer initiates a payment dispute. Since customers typically call their bank to reverse the charge, this results in a “chargeback” that can negatively impact any business. Because we have access to Verifi and Ethoca, we are able to alert you before the dispute is reported. With our easy to use portal, you have up to 48 hours to decide if you want to refund the customer or dispute the chargeback.

We also provide Stripe users with a seamless integration with Verifi’s RDR feature which is embedded in VISA’s Resolve Online (VROL) system. In a nutshell, the VROL system is used by banks to log chargebacks, and by enabling RDR alerts, you can deflect virtually every VISA related chargeback! Acquiring banks accepting VISA are mandated to use VROL, so it's a completely smooth process.

Chargeblast’s Stripe app will match this raw alert data to corresponding Stripe objects, making for seamless alerts and cutting down on time painstaking searches for transactions within Stripe.
